Girl Scouts performed a dance at a local talent show. The girls (aged 8-10 yrs old), dressed in all black, and taped glow sticks to their costumes. Whilst performing, they looked (a little) like skeletons. Does that make sense? 1/2 second exposure from backstage...
OK, since it's totally unclear to everyone who has seen this picture, how these blue blurs could be 10 y/o girls, this is what they looked like prior to dancing:
